Specialist teachers/learning support
St Marys provides specialist teachers and learning support programs:
- Library specialist teacher/librarian on Tuesday (Kinder, Year 1W and Year 2) and Wednesday (Year 1F, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6)
- Physical Education specialist teacher on Tuesday (Kinder, Year 1F and Year 2) and Wednesday (Year 1W, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6). Class sport Monday (Year 5 and Year 6), Thursday (Year 1 and Year 2) and Friday (Kinder, Year 3 and Year 4)
- Music specialist teacher on Monday
- Learning Support a specialist teacher spends time assisting children with special needs on Thursday
- Teacher Assistants a team of 4 assistants currently works across K-6
- School Counsellor shared with other local Catholic schools also supports K-6 on a referral basis.
